Holiday Matcha Granola
A festive snack that's perfect to eat if you're on the go! Both very healthy and delicious. Recipe created by Carla Riley.
Granola Ingredients:
- 4 Cups Oats
- 2 Egg Whites
- 1 1/2 Cups Nuts & Seeds of choice
- 1/2 Cup Coconut Oil
- 1/2 Cup Honey or Maple Syrup
Granola Toppings:
- 3-4 Tablespoons Kato Matcha Powder
- 1/4 Cup Coconut Flakes
- 1/4 Cup Roasted Pumpkin Seeds
- 4 Tablespoons Shaved White Bakers Chocolate
- 4 Tablespoons Dried Cranberries
- 4 Tablespoons Yogurt Covered Fruit and Nuts
- 3 Tablespoons Dried Kiwi
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Combine all dry granola ingredients in one bowl and toss
- Combine all wet ingredients in separate bowl
- Combine all ingredients together and evenly coat
- Place granola on baking sheet and spread out evenly
- Bake for 24 minutes and stir 12 minutes in between
- Once granola is baked, let cool for 15 mins
- Before breaking up granola, spread Kato Matcha to fully coat
- Once granola is completely cool, add white chocolate shavings, yogurt covered nuts, dried cranberries, and dried kiwis. Enjoy!
